If this resonates with you, come and join our Data Center GPU organization where we are building amazing AI powered products with amazing people.\r\nTHE PERSON\r\nWe are searching for an Agentic AI FW developer to design, develop, and autonomous goal-driven AI agents that actively improve our FW pipeline. This would include areas of FW development, test generation, automation, debug/triage, and system integration.\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\nAI Enablement & Strategy: Contribute to and guide the adoption of AI/ML techniques across the firmware development flow.\r\nCross-functional Leadership: Partner with firmware, system architecture, software, and QA teams to integrate AI into workflows, accelerating development and improving quality.\r\nContinuous Improvement: Establish metrics and processes that demonstrate AI's impact in improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.\r\nAI adoption: Serve as a champion for AI adoption, mentoring teams and influencing AMD's position as an industry leader in AI-enabled firmware.\r\n\r\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\r\n\r\nSeveral years in system/firmware architecture, with proven experience in AI/ML integration or enablement.\r\nStrong background in server and data center architectures, boot flows, secure firmware, and hardware/software interfaces.\r\nProficiency in firmware development and familiarity with AI frameworks for enabling solutions.\r\nDemonstrated leadership in driving organizational change or adoption of new methodologies (AI, automation, etc.).\r\nExperience debugging complex CPU/FW issues, pre/post silicon development, and platform bring-up.\r\nExcellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to bridge AI, firmware, and system architecture communities.\r\n\r\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS\r\n\r\nBachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
