The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and advanced reporting using BIRT.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, particularly for payroll using PECI and PICOF\r\nBuild and optimize integrations using Workday Studio\r\nDevelop custom reports using Workday Report Designer and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance\r\nProvide technical documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and enhancements\r\n\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\n\r\nWorkday certification is not required, but is a plus\r\n3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development\r\nStrong expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input File)\r\nProven experience with Workday Studio\r\nExtensive experience with Workday Report Designer and BIRT layout/design\r\nPrevious hands-on BIRT development is essential\r\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\r\nThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.\r\nWe offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
