The children and families we serve deserve to enter a Place filled with people who reflect their own diversity.We commit to creating an environment where all people can say they are welcomed, respected, and safe to be themselves.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment Systems & Data ManagementOwn and manage Blackbaud Raisers’ EdgeEnsure data integrity and quality controlDevelop and document data entry standards and proceduresManage donor records, gift processing, acknowledgements and receipting workflowsOversee integrations between Blackbaud Raisers Edge and finance Reporting & AnalyticsProduce regular reports on fundraising performance, donor trends, pipelines, and retentionBuild reporting dashboards for the Development team, agency leadership and the Board of Directors Support forecasting, goal-setting and campaign analysisProcess Improvement & OperationsDesign and optimize Development workflows across annual giving, major gifts, grants, and eventsIdentify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracyCreate and maintain process documentation, timelines, and internal calendarsSupport cross-functional collaboration with finance, programs and operationsCampaign & Fundraising SupportSupport fundraising campaigns, appeals, events, and donor stewardship effortsManage development calendars and ensure deadlines are metPartner with frontline fundraisers to support moves management and portfolio trackingCompliance & Best PracticesEnsure compliance with donor privacy standards and data protection policiesMaintain gift documentation and audit-ready recordsStay current on fundraising operations best practices and emerging toolsQualificationsRequired3–5 years of experience in development operations, fundraising operations, or nonprofit data managementStrong experience with nonprofit CRM/database systems, preferably Blackbaud Raisers’ EdgeHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAdvanced proficiency with Excel and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience supporting major gifts and/or fundraisingFamiliarity with financial reconciliation and gift accounting processesExperience creating board-level dashboards or CEO reportsWorking ConditionsAbility to access multiple levels of the building. Responsible for client physical safety. Must understand and follow building security procedures. Business casual office attire. Exposure to childhood illnesses.
