The PM shall actively participate in specified meetings, briefings, conference, seminars, progress reviews, and other functions/events as deemed appropriate by the COR/ ACOR. This participation may include providing management, technical, cost or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the Contracting Officer/COR/ ACOR/TTM.\r\nQualificationsMA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; OR\r\nBA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis servicesExpert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products\r\nKnowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines\r\nExcellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates\r\nExcellent analytical skills\r\nCertification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)\r\nDesired QualificationsSuperior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations\r\nKnowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks\r\nKnowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations\r\nSecurity ClearanceTS/SCI\r\nCore One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
