Plumbing Manager
About the RoleAir Control Home Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our Plumbing Department. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings both field experience and business acumen - someone who can coach technicians in the field, manage KPIs, and drive operational excellence. The Plumbing Manager will oversee daily operations, technician performance, and department profitability while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.You'll work closely with Dispatch, CSRs, and Ownership to ensure the department meets its goals in customer satisfaction, revenue, and efficiency.
