Keyholder

Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Keyholder at US POLO ASSN., located in Paramus, NJ. The Keyholder will support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, assisting customers, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role involves managing the sales floor, providing guidance to team members, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences to meet sales goals. Additionally, the Keyholder will assist in managing inventory and enforcing company policies and standards. Qualifications Strong Product Knowledge, with an ability to explain features and benefits to customers.Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both the team and the customers.Experience in Retail Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure smooth daily operations.Previous keyholder or supervisory experience in a retail environment is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
