We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Community Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across our residential building. We do whats right even when no one is looking.Collaboration:Every team member commits to working together to achieve common goals.Key ResponsibilitiesApartment Turnover (Move-Out) CleaningDeep Clean Units:Perform top-to-bottom cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms after tenants vacate.Kitchen Detail:Scrub stove tops, clean inside/outside ovens, clean behind stoves, disinfect countertops, and clean inside/outside cabinets and refrigerators.Bathroom Sanitization:Scrub tiles, grout, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers, including cleaning exhaust fans.Surface Cleaning:Dust, wipe down baseboards, wipe down door frames/handles, and clean inside/outside closets.Flooring & Windows:Thoroughly vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, clean windows, windowsills, and window tracks.Final Inspection Prep:Ensure the unit is spotless and odor-free, meeting company quality standards for the next resident.Building Maintenance & Common AreasCommon Area Maintenance:Sweep, mop, and vacuum building entrances/clean glass entry doors, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, daily or weekly.Sanitization:Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and intercoms.Waste Management:Empty trash bins in common areasSupply Stocking:Restock bathroom supplies in common areas and inform management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredSkills:Strong attention to detail, efficiency in fast-paced turnover environments, and familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals/equipment.Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor (bending, reaching).Reliability:Excellent time management to meet strict turnover deadlines.Communication:Ability to report maintenance repairs (e.g., broken lights, leaks) to property managers.Requirements:Must have a clean background check.Valid driver's licenseBenefits and PerksHealth, dental, & vision insurance with HSA and FSA optionsSupplementary InsuranceEligibility the first of the month following 30 days401k with a match of 3%Paid time off and 9 paid holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
