This role will lead community programs, develop field-facing content, and coordinate stakeholders to support business goals and adoption.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCommunity Management & Engagement\r\nLead community engagement programs for partner and customer audiences.\r\nSupport community growth and adoption through targeted initiatives.\r\nContent Development & Enablement\r\nCreate field-ready content, playbooks, toolkits, and training materials.\r\nSupport readiness and enablement programs aligned to business priorities.\r\nCommunications\r\nDevelop and deliver impactful field and stakeholder communications.\r\nPrepare executive updates, presentations, and program reporting.\r\nProgram & Project Management\r\nManage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.\r\nTrack progress, report outcomes, and drive stakeholder alignment.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nPrevious Microsoft experience required.\r\nProven experience in community management and project management.\r\nExperience developing content, communications, and enablement assets.\r\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 and internal AI tools.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft's partner ecosystem.\r\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and community best practices.\r\nExperience supporting GTM, readiness, or field enablement initiatives.\r\nIndustry or market knowledge is a plus.\r\nDesired Attributes\r\nProactive, organized, and reliable.\r\nStrong communicator and collaborator.\r\nDetail-oriented with excellent execution skills.\r\nAble to work effectively in fast-paced environments.\r\nWhy Join Us?\r\nJoin a strategic Microsoft initiative where you'll help drive community engagement, enablement, and communications while partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact.\r\nPay Rate\r\nThe annual salary rate for this position in Washington State is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00.
