This role is critical to ensuring that product listings, content updates, and merchandising changes are implemented quickly, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.\r\nYou will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day, supporting both ongoing operations and new product launches across channels. This role requires strong execution, organization, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, particularly within Amazon where operational issues can have an outsized impact on the business.\r\nThis role reports to our Head of Amazon Growth and is based in San Francisco, with an in-office presence 2–3 days per week.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nExecute Amazon listing updates via flat files and Seller Central, including titles, bullets, backend keywords, and A+ content based on strategic input and prioritization as provided by SVP or Sr. Manager, Amazon Growth.\r\nMaintain catalog health on Amazon, including managing variations, resolving suppressions, and ensuring compliance\r\nProactively monitor, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate Seller Central issues and cases related to listing suppressions, buy box loss, inventory delays, or account health issues\r\nSupport PDP updates and content execution on retail.com channels such as Target and Ulta\r\nBuild and update Shopify landing pages, collections, and merchandising to support campaigns and product launches\r\nAssist with product setup, QA, and launch execution across Amazon, retail.com, and DTC channels\r\nMaintain the omnichannel calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are executed on time\r\nMonitor execution quality across channels, ensuring updates are accurate, complete, and aligned with business needs\r\nSupport light email and SMS execution when needed, partnering with the broader Ecommerce team\r\nWho You Are\r\n2–4 years of ecommerce, digital operations, or related experience, ideally within a consumer or CPG environment\r\nExperience working within Amazon Seller Central, with familiarity in managing listings, catalog health, and troubleshooting issues\r\nExperience with Shopify, including merchandising and content updates\r\nStrong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy in execution\r\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across channels and timelines\r\nComfortable working with tools such as Excel, flat files, and ecommerce platforms\r\nProactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and take action without needing step-by-step direction\r\nThrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable balancing speed with quality\r\nStrong sense of ownership with a low ego, willing to jump in where needed to support the team\r\nWhat's in it for you\r\nCompetitive Salary (DOE)\r\nPerformance-based bonus\r\nUnlimited flexible time-off policy\r\n$500 remote office set-up stipend\r\nFull healthcare, vision, and dental plan\r\nHealthcare and dependent care FSA\r\nEmployee life insurance\r\n401K plan\r\n$10,000 Lifetime Fertility & Family Building Program\r\n$50/month wellness budget\r\n$75/month remote work budget\r\nEmployee + Family and friends discount\r\nWhy cocokind\r\nAt cocokind, we do things differently, and we do them with heart.
