Analyze demand planning data from various sources.Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and support mitigation strategies. Develop informative reporting, dashboards, and visualization insights.Analyst planning forecast provides procurement and sourcing of demand planning.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports (forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns, OTIF).Provide actionable insights to improve demand planning, supply planning, and overall S&OP processes.Leverage data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) for clear communication of insights.Systems & Process SupportMaintain and optimize supply chain planning systems such as Business Central and Arrow stream.Support continuous improvement projects to enhance forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve planning issues.Support product lifecycle planning for new launches, promotions, and end-of-life transitions.Train and develop team members on best practices in inventory control and optimization.Perform other related duties as assigned.Apply NowEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
