{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"308a205930f684745f6d74f8","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/308a205930f684745f6d74f8","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/308a205930f684745f6d74f8","title":"Epic Application Analyst","description":"*Job Summary*\n\n*Title: Epic Application Analyst (ClinDoc)*\n*Status: Mid-Level, Mostly Remote*\n*Location: Houston, TX*\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Analyze clinical and operational requirements and translate user needs into effective Epic application solutions.\n* Configure, build, test, maintain, and optimize Epic functionality, with a strong emphasis on ClinDoc.\n* Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve documentation processes and workflows.\n* Support clinical areas that may include nursing, mother-baby, rehabilitation, and related services.\n* Manage application support requests and troubleshoot system issues in a high-volume environment.\n* Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, implementations, go-lives, and optimization initiatives.\n* Take ownership of assigned Epic application projects and deliverables while managing competing priorities.\n* Develop queries, reports, and other application-based solutions as needed.\n* Maintain strong technical knowledge of assigned Epic applications and integrated technologies.\n* Identify application or workflow issues, evaluate potential solutions, and provide recommendations.\n* Provide application guidance, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to end users.\n* Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure effective integration between technology and workflows.\n* Participate in a rotating after-hours/on-call schedule supporting 24/7 operations.\n* Support team development by sharing knowledge and serving as a resource to less experienced colleagues when appropriate.\n* Complete assigned projects and responsibilities in accordance with organizational quality, productivity, and service expectations.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Current Epic certification.\n* At least 2 years of hands-on Epic build experience.\n* Practical experience working with Epic ClinDoc, even if the candidate's primary Epic certification is in another application.\n* Experience taking ownership of Epic application projects or significant application work.\n* At least 2 years of related professional experience within healthcare, technology, education, or a comparable environment.\n* Working knowledge of EHR application support, system configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization.\n* Strong analytical, technical, organizational, communication, and customer-service capabilities.\n* Ability to participate in rotating after-hours/on-call coverage.\n\nPay: $95,000.00 -
