Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Production Specialist role based in Omaha, NE. As a Pre-Production Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the pre-production process, troubleshooting technical files, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements. You will play a critical role in supporting the production team to deliver efficient and high-quality output. Qualifications Technical skills in pre-production, file preparation, and troubleshooting production filesAttention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teamsComputer proficiency and familiarity with relevant tools/software in the design and printing industryPrevious experience in production, printing, or related fields is a plusAbility to adapt to changing priorities and ensure deadlines are metFlexibility and a positive attitude towards continuous learning and growth
