The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on development experience, and familiarity with Agile methodologies to contribute to secure, scalable applications in a collaborative environment.\r\nPosition Type\r\nFull-Time\r\nSalary\r\n$75k-$85k annually (depending on experience)\r\nWork Location\r\nOnsite.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming practices\r\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and other object-oriented languages\r\nParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives\r\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure system reliability and performance\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions\r\nSupport system enhancements by adding new features and optimizing existing functionality\r\nContribute to software testing efforts, including unit testing and integration testing\r\nAssist with version control, build pipelines, and deployment activities\r\nOther duties as assigned or required\r\nRequired\r\nExperience developing in C#\r\nExperience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or similar)\r\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)\r\nExperience with debugging, testing, and maintaining applications\r\nDesired\r\nExperience with Python, Java, or JavaScript\r\nExposure to cloud technologies (AWS preferred)\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Jenkins\r\nExperience with web development frameworks (React, Flask, Spring Boot)\r\nKnowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL)\r\nEducation / Years of Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering discipline (must be a completed, accredited degree) required.\r\n1–3 years of relevant professional or internship experience in software development\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nActive Secret clearance required.
