Transportation Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a Transportation Claims Coordinator to manage and resolve transportation-related claims, including overages, shortages, damages, and refusals (OS&D). This role involves working directly with carriers and drivers in a fast-paced environment, reviewing claims, validating documentation, maintaining records, and collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of office, clerical, customer service, or logistics experienceStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience in logistics, transportation, claims processing, or call center environments is preferred
