DescriptionJob Purpose: To provide customers of Lucas Oil Speedway with exemplary customer service according to standards set forth by Lucas Oil. DutiesTo set good example to peers and the public with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene.Completes required training as mandated by Speedway management.Prepares, packages, pours and serves food and beverage items as per customer request; pursuant to guidelines established by department manager. Maintains overall cleanliness to the highest standards at all times in all bar and food service areas.Discontinues service to impaired customers, and notifies management and/or security when necessary or required by department policy.Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures while also complying with legal regulations.
