We value Radical Candor: we care personally about your growth and will challenge you directly to maintain our \\to-spec\\ standards.\nWhat You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):\nExecute the \\4 Keys to a Successful Bar Team\\: Practice these core tenets every shift to ensure a high-performing environment.\nMaster the Specs: Every signature cocktail must be made to the exact Lib’s Grill BWL Recipe Guide.
