Buche Foods is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations while supporting our team and customers.\r\nIn this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, coach and develop team members, maintain merchandising and operational standards, and help ensure the store runs efficiently every day. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow your leadership career, we'd love to meet you!\r\nWhat You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Support, coach, and develop team members to achieve department and store goals.\r\nAssist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.\r\nCommunicate company initiatives, expectations, and operational goals.\r\nLead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.\r\nFoster a positive, team-oriented work environment while demonstrating our Core Values.\r\nStore Operations Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and merchandising.\r\nMaintain proper stock levels, accurate signage, and attractive product displays.\r\nMonitor payroll, inventory, and operational performance.\r\nHelp ensure company policies, cash handling procedures, and inventory controls are followed.\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.\r\nIdentify operational opportunities and recommend process improvements.\r\nCustomer Service Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.\r\nResolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.\r\nPromote a positive shopping experience throughout the store.\r\nSafety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and workplace safety standards.\r\nIdentify and correct safety hazards.\r\nHelp maintain store equipment and operational readiness.\r\nWhat We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\r\nMinimum of three years of progressive retail experience.\r\nPrevious leadership or management experience preferred.\r\nGrocery retail experience preferred.\r\nFood safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred.\r\nReliable transportation to and from work.\r\nSkills & Abilities Strong leadership and team-building skills.\r\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities.\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\r\nAbility to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.\r\nKnowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.\r\nAbility to motivate others while maintaining high operational standards.\r\nPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.\r\nAbility to regularly lift up to 45 pounds.\r\nAbility to stock merchandise at various shelf heights.\r\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\r\nWhy Join Our Team?
