{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"306985b27536e2ea8d225dd9","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/306985b27536e2ea8d225dd9","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/306985b27536e2ea8d225dd9","title":"Implementation Engineer","description":"Title: Implementation EngineerPay-rate: $90k - $105kLocation: Remote (60-75% travel required) We are seeking an Implementation Engineer – Process Focused to support the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse and order management processes across customer operations.This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in WMS implementations, warehouse process engineering, industrial engineering, or operations improvement who can work comfortably between warehouse operations and technology teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and standardize warehouse and order management processes Support Manhattan Active WMS/OMS implementations and system configuration Translate business and operational requirements into functional specifications Develop process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials Participate in UAT, QA, go-live, and hypercare Partner with Operations, IT, Super Users, Training, and customer teams Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve productivity, throughput, and consistency Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to warehouse processes Support deployments across multiple customer sites QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 4–6+ years of experience in warehouse process design, industrial engineering, WMS implementation, or operations improvement Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS/OMS strongly preferred Experience with Tier-1 WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Infor, or similar Experience supporting WMS implementations, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel 60–75% across North America Why This RoleYou’ll have the opportunity to work directly with warehouse operations, WMS technology, and implementation teams to improve how distribution environments operate—from process design through successful system deployment.Apply now to be considered.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
