Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Lapwai, ID

Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibilityPrevious experience in school settings or pediatric populationsFamiliarity with developing and implementing IEPsStrong interpersonal skills working with students, teachers, and familiesMust be able to provide fully in-person services (no teletherapy or hybrid options)Commitment to supporting students with high needs Primary Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and create plans of care for students with speech, language, and communication disordersMaintain manageable caseloads (targeted between 50-60 students)Deliver therapy services individually and in group settings based on student needsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetingsDocument student progress and communicate outcomes effectivelyDepending on placement, work schedules follow:Elementary: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMMiddle: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PMHigh: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM This is an ideal opportunity for SLPs who thrive in an in-person, student-focused environment, and are eager to be part of a supportive community during a pivotal transition.
