This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence are valued and supported.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans based on physician referrals and medical recordsDevelop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address each patient's specific condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation objectivesImplement and deliver direct patient care using established clinical protocols and evidence-based treatment methodologiesProvide specialized physical therapy treatments tailored to diverse patient populations and conditionsMaintain detailed, timely documentation, including initial evaluations, daily clinical notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, and incident reportsCommunicate effectively and transparently with patients, caregivers, physicians, insurance companies, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress and outcomesEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to promote long-term recoveryOrganize and manage patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining autonomous decision-making in clinical settingsUtilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software to document findings, track patient progress, and ensure compliance with healthcare standardsDemonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment while maintaining organizational excellenceQualificationsGraduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculumCurrent state of Florida licenseCPR certificationOutgoing and energetic personalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic.Possess a passion for using evidence-based manual therapy interventionsBe eager to grow professionally within an organizationDedicated to providing excellent patient care as part of an experienced clinical staffAdditional InformationAt Comprehensive Hand and Physical Therapy, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.We offer:Compensation of $40-$42 hourly 401kOpportunities for professional growth and developmentEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentState-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology to support your practiceCollaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages idea-sharing and innovation
