It's a great opportunity to be part of the team continuing to establish Team Fishel as the leader in the utility construction industry in the state of Indiana as we continue to grow.ResponsibilitiesWork as a part of a overhead telecom crewLoad, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job siteAssist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or SupervisorHandle physically demanding construction duties Requirements & Qualifications Valid CDL-A is strongly desiredMust be able to follow instructions and have good communication skillsMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reachMust be able to climb laddersMust be able to travelMust be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditionsValid Driver's license required with clean driving record for the last 3 yearsBasic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools etc.Must be committed to working safelyMust pass pre-employment drug screen Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
