From deciding pricing, SKUs, and unit economics to accounting, financing strategies, and supply chain management, we are looking for a Finance intern to tackle strategic financial challenges and execute on our day-to-day finance operations.\n\nYou will work closely with the executive team to drive financial models, assist with purchase orders and accounts payable, and learn about key strategic issues across the organization, from supply chain to product. You’ll get hands-on experience across FP&A, accounting operations, vendor payments, and pricing/unit economics modeling. We are looking for Fall '26, Spring '27, and Summer '27 interns.\n\nYou may be a good fit if you have\n\nPrevious internship experience in consulting, banking, or early startup environments\n\nUnderstanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping\n\nTrack record of excellent project management and data analysis skills\n\nWillingness to do a broad set of finance, accounting, and operations work\n\nComfort with Excel/Sheets or basic financial modeling\n\nStrong candidates may also have experience with\n\nTechnical Curiosity: experience, education, or interest in computer science, electrical engineering, artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\n\nIndustry interest: Deep curiosity about the AI ecosystem, including emerging trends, cutting-edge technologies, and industry innovations.\n\nStartup Acumen: Interest in startup finance (equity, cap tables, fundraising)\n\nProgram details\n\n12-week paid internship\n\nGenerous housing support for those relocating\n\nDaily lunch and dinner in our office\n\nBased at our office in San Jose, CA\n\nDirect mentorship from industry leaders and world-class engineers\n\nOpportunity to work on one of the most important problems of our time\n\nFor any questions, contact internships@etched.com.\n\nHow we’re different\nEtched believes in the Bitter Lesson.
