Company provides housing and transportation from SD for employees.\nDuties:\n- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including bore machine, skid steer, dozer, plow, trencher, hydrovac, backhoe and excavator.\n- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.\n- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.\n- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.\n- Transport materials or equipment to and from job sites as needed.\n- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.\n- Maintain a clean and organized work area.\nRequirements:\n- Valid Class A Interstate CDL driver's license with a clean driving record OR willing to obtain an Interstate CDL and have a clean driving record\n- Proven experience operating heavy equipment including bore machine, skid steer, dozer, plow, trencher, hydrovac, backhoe and excavator.\n- Hand dig when necessary.\n- Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines for operating heavy equipment.\n- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\n- Physical stamina, ability to lift 75 pounds and ability to work in various weather conditions.\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.\n- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
