This role provides hands‑on experience in engineering analysis, drafting, coordination, and project support from concept through construction.\nInterns will gain exposure to real world design applications while developing technical proficiency, communication skills, and an understanding of industry standards.\nDesign & Engineering Support Participate in the mechanical design process, preparing accurate and thorough drawings, layouts, and details.\nAssist in developing HVAC and plumbing designs from concept through completion of construction.\nPrepare engineering design calculations and assist with technical analysis.\nConduct research on new technologies and applicable code requirements.\nAssist in writing engineering reports and project documentation.\nDocument Production & Coordination Follow EP drafting standards and maintain consistent sheet and background setup.\nSupport preparation of construction documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.\nCoordinate effectively with internal staff and other design professionals.\nMeet assigned project deadlines (occasional overtime may be required).\nUse tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.\nProfessional Responsibility and Team Engagement Maintain reliable and consistent work hours and professional appearance.\nStay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and manage own calendar.\nParticipate actively in meetings and contribute a collaborative team environment.\nTake ownership of assigned work and ask for support when needed.\nBalance work responsibilities with personal well-being.\nRequirements Authorization to work in the United States.
