The Siri App Experience team is redefining what a deeply personal and integrated assistant can be.\n\nDescription\n\nYou will drive programs and/or projects, including leading feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, and risk management to ensure an on-time delivery of features. This includes collaborating with multiple partner organizations and various disciplines such as Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver highly integrated experiences.\n\nAs an EPM on the team, you are in a critical role in bringing together engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that the right discussions and decisions are made to build a great product. Communication is essential. Providing clear, timely, concise, and objective communication, including regular program status updates, critical issues and mitigations, changes in plans, risks, and requests for action, will be necessary for success.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working with voice assistant technology.\n\nExperience in delivering user-facing software features and driving full-stack development.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.\n\n6+ years of project management in software development, machine learning or related industry experience.\n\nSolid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs with thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software.\n\nPrior experience and consistent track record leading and shipping multiple complex projects simultaneously.\n\nExperience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple different teams.\n\nAbility to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings, identifying priorities and driving what matters.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.\n\nExperience working cross functionally at different seniority levels.\n\nPay & Benefits\n\nAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\n\nApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
