This role involves operationalizing the partner program, managing strategic partner operations, and communicating with partners to ensure effective program execution.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nEstablishing and executing operational processes to support the Sigma partner program, including (but not limited to):\r\nRecruiting, signing and onboarding new partners, including managing contractual redlines with legal counterparts as needed\r\nManaging inbound partner lead registrations and tracking status of resulting sales opportunities\r\nReconciling and paying incentive funds to partners\r\nMeasuring partners' performance on program metrics relative to tier and specialization requirements\r\nTracking status of partner employees' training and certification results\r\nExecuting key operational tasks for Sigma's participation in the Snowflake and Databricks partner programs, including deal registration, customer references, and status of Sigma employee certifications\r\nCommunicating with Sigma partners on Program-related topics, and enabling the Sigma sales organization on the partner program and how to interface with external partner programs\r\nIdentifying requirements for tooling improvements in support of making program processes as efficient as possible across the partner tech stack, and working with team and IT stakeholders to execute\r\nBenchmarking the Sigma partner program relative to peer and competitor programs to identify areas to improve\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\n\r\n4+ years experience managing the partner program at a $100M+ ARR SaaS company\r\nProcess improvement mindset, with a heavy focus on repeatability, scalability, and documentation\r\nExperience working cross-functionally with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance in support of the partner program\r\nFamiliarity with the partner tech stack, including Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Gong, and partner portals/PRM as a category\r\nInterest and excitement to build in Sigma, particularly using generative AI and Sigma Data Apps\r\nComfort with ambiguity\r\n\r\nPreferred\r\n\r\nKnowledge and experience in the BI/analytics software industry\r\nKnowledge of the Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift and Google BigQuery partner ecosystems\r\nExperience working directly with SI/Consulting or Technology/ISV partners\r\n\r\nCompany\r\nSigma is not another Business Intelligence tool.
