Role Description The Metro Transit TRSS (Transit Response Safety & Support) Program Manager will oversee the delivery of unarmed crisis response services for the Metro Transit system in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. Day-to-day tasks include managing program operations, ensuring proper staffing, coordinating with Metro Transit and community partners, and monitoring program outcomes for quality improvement. This full-time, on-site role requires strategic planning, team management, and ongoing collaboration with diverse stakeholders to promote safety and provide effective crisis response services.
