You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve queries, maintain data quality, and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports. Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Excel, and data modeling, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable data that enables customers to identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks effectively.\r\nResponsibilities Support customer onboarding activities and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience\r\nHandle customer data-related requests, including validation, correction, reporting, and data imports\r\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively\r\nGenerate insights by building SQL queries and extracting data from databases\r\nDesign and maintain dashboards for both customers and internal stakeholders\r\nManage data lifecycle activities: importing, extracting, validating, and maintaining data accuracy\r\nApply best practices in data reporting and analysis, ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and documentation\r\nWork with multiple data sources, performing advanced extraction, transformation, and modeling\r\nRequirements 2+ years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, modeling, and reporting\r\nAdvanced SQL skills and strong Excel expertise\r\nGood working knowledge of Power Query\r\nExperience building data models, projections, and pivot tables from multiple data sources\r\nStrong English communication skills (spoken and written)\r\nNative Polish language\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer Sphera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
