Position SummaryInformation Systems Support Analyst Location: Toms River, NJ (onsite)Salary: $75,000-$95,000 based on experienceWork Authorization: Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States. Heyco Products Corp. does not provide visa sponsorship or support work authorization extensions, including F-1 STEM OPT sponsorship.SummaryHeyco Products Corp. is seeking an Information Systems Support Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing business systems and IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for supporting IQMS ERP functionality, managing EDI transactions, developing Crystal Reports, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting users across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot the IQMS ERP system and related applicationsManage and troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound documentsCreate, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports based on business requirementsUtilize SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printersRespond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely mannerCreate and maintain knowledgebase articles and work instructionsFollow SDLC best practices for major projects including planning, testing, documentation, implementation, and post-project reviewWork closely with users across departments to identify and resolve system issuesEnsure compliance with departmental procedures and quality standardsLocationToms River, NJRequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferredMinimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceManufacturing experience preferredExperience supporting ERP systems, preferably IQMSExperience creating and maintaining Crystal ReportsWorking knowledge of SQL for queries and report developmentExperience with EDI transactions and troubleshootingStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as neededOccasional exposure to manufacturing environments and electrical equipmentMust follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements when in the plantHeyco Products Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.No agencies please.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
