You will be a part of our Mixed Signal Line of Business within the Signal Technologies Business Unit where we design, develop, and produce the next generation DirectRF, data acquisition and FPGA processing products and solutions. We are an agile team focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products to our customers on time and on budget.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop plans for the execution of Customers and internal programs, including schedules and estimates\nExecute Programs to scope, schedule, cost (development and products), and quality over their full lifecycle, by internal processes and contractual obligations, for customers worldwide\nIdentify and manage Scope Changes through their approval and execution\nEnsure on-time delivery of deliverables (documentation and products)\nPerform Risk and Opportunities Management, including definition and execution of action plans for risks mitigation to prevent adverse effects, and escalate issues promptly\nProvide details of resources required for successful programs execution\nRespond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), coordinate and develop proposals and related documentation, including schedules, estimates, compliance matrices, programmatic volume, and bid review material\nCreate Statements of Work and perform Sub-Contract management, as required\nPresent Programs status to the leadership team, weekly and monthly, including reporting on Programs’ KPIs and critical path\nPoint of Contact for Customers, develop and execute action plans for Customers and Organization satisfaction, including problems solving, obsolescence management, and in-service support\nContributes to processes and tools improvements and deployment\nConduct internal audits, as required\nEngage with Operations, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure that all are informed and involved in decisions affecting their areas\nManage all customer expectations and communicates professionally\nResponsible for Programs P&L, ensuring budgeted Programs margins are met or exceeded\nWork with existing customers to determine needs, and requirements for follow-on/new business opportunities, direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, and specifications to meet those needs\nReview programs regularly to ensure cost and schedule efficiencies are realized throughout life of program.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field.\n5+ years of relevant technical experience.\nExperienced leading technical projects for product development programs.\nAerospace & Defense, or Satellite Communications SATCOM Industry experience.\n100% Onsite: Saddle River, NJ- (9/80 schedule).\n\nThis position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced Degree.\nSecret Clearance.\nDevelopment and/or Production PM (Not Service) experience.\nProgram Management certification (PMP).\nExperienced with documentation and collaboration tools, such as Confluence and SharePoint.\nKnowledge of Government contracting practices, Earned Value Management (EVMS), and standard program reporting metrics.\nExperience managing Programs in a multi-site matrix organization.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, internal and external.\nSolid knowledge of program scheduling tools, such as MS Project.\nExperience with Military and Commercial Programs.\nExperience with Contract Management, Sub-Contract Management.\nKnowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and Export Regulations.\nPrior external customer support/interface experience.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with customers at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent presentation skills.\n\n\"This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
