Adheres to and ensures all safety standards.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nUnder general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, intercom, and other related low voltage system projects with assigned project team.\nPerforms or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout\nMaintains an effective balance between project team satisfaction and project financial results\nCoordinates communication with the project team during all phases of the project\nProvides work direction to subcontractors, project installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary\nEnsures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics\nCompletes typical installation hardware design and software programming using established standards as required\nProvides detailed information to communicate design and operation to project team\nEvaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes.\nCommunicates both technical and business related issues with the project team\nAssist in managing the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned\nProvides jobsite coordination for panel and field device physical locations\nEnsures installation is in accordance with manufacturers’ literature and project requirements.\nManages and completes the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all systems and controllers as required\nValidates complete system functionality and resolves issues with project and others to ensure proper operation\nProvides information to produce accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation.\nProvides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to Project Team\nEnsures that delegated tasks are done accurately and on-time.\nEffectively communicates the status of projects to management as required.\nAssist with warranty letter to project team upon substantial completion of project and ensures proper execution of warranty.\nDevelops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost effective installation and completion of assigned projects\nPerforms site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistance\nEnsures owner/operator has been trained\nProvides proper documentation and manuals for system operation\nDevelops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors.\nMay required to attends job progress meetings as required\nEducation and Experience:\n5 years’ experience with installation and service of Enterprise level access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems\nDemonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics.
