What You'll NeedStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.Ability to plan, prioritize, and adjust to changing production needs.Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. 3+ years of manufacturing or supervisory experience, preferably in concrete or related industries.
