Fence Crew Foreman

Northway Fence Inc. is looking for a Fence Crew Foreman to lead commercial fence installation projects throughout Wisconsin. We’re seeking a hard-working, dependable leader with the ability to manage and motivate crews of varying experience levels. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead daily fence installation operations on commercial job sites Manage and train crew members to ensure quality and efficiency Read and interpret site plans and project layouts Coordinate deliveries, tools, and equipment Ensure safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Positive attitude and hands-on work ethic CDL preferred (or ability to obtain) Prior fence installation experience required Ability to work outdoors year-round Must have valid driver’s license What We Offer: Competitive pay & benefits based on experience Long-term career opportunity with growth potential Supportive, family-owned company environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
