Our team specializes in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage through quality reconstruction, clear communication, and exceptional customer service.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for managing residential and commercial rebuild projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the restoration process.This role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Xactimate.ResponsibilitiesManage reconstruction projects from start to finishCreate and review estimates using XactimateDevelop project scopes, budgets, and schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveriesConduct job site visits and quality control inspectionsCommunicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, insurance carriers, and adjustersMonitor project profitability and job costsEnsure projects remain on schedule and within budgetResolve project issues quickly and professionallyMaintain accurate job documentation and progress reportsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresQualificationsRequired:Minimum 3 years of construction or restoration project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in XactimateExperience working with insurance restoration claimsStrong understanding of residential and commercial construction practicesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read construction plans and scopes of workStrong organizational and time management skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred:Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, storm damage)IICRC certificationsExperience working with insurance carriers and adjustersKnowledge of local building codes and permitting processesWhat We're Looking ForA proactive problem solverStrong leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and organizedCustomer-focused professionalTeam player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief summary of your experience with Xactimate and insurance restoration projects.Maxim RestorationRestoring Homes.
