You own cross‑functional initiatives spanning engineering, operations, and field teams, develop team capability, and report program‑level impact to organizational leadership.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSet standards for automation pilot methodology, knowledge‑capture pipelines, and impact measurement across the team.\n\nOwn cross‑functional automation programs spanning engineering, operations, and field teams.\n\nDefine the technical architecture for enterprise‑scale knowledge‑base and automation infrastructure.\n\nLead adoption strategy for AI tooling with department heads and engineering leadership.\n\nDevelop team capability by coaching AI Solutions Engineers I-III; contribute to hiring and onboarding.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI tools and platforms; lead adoption decisions and integration roadmaps.\n\nReport program‑level impact including hours saved, adoption rates, and pipeline throughput to organizational leadership.\n\nIdentify and resolve systemic blockers to automation and knowledge‑capture adoption across departments.\n\nBuild fully automated AI autonomous systems for all operations.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n10+ years of software development experience, including senior‑level delivery of AI‑powered automation or knowledge systems.\n\nDemonstrated experience setting technical standards and methodology for a team or program.\n\nExperience with cross‑functional program ownership spanning engineering, operations, and field teams.\n\nDeep knowledge of automation platforms, knowledge‑base architectures, and enterprise AI tool ecosystems.\n\nTrack record of developing team capability and contributing to hiring and onboarding.\n\nExperience presenting program‑level impact metrics to senior leadership.\n\nExperience building AI automation workflows.\n\nExperience building vector databases.\n\nExperience with Obsidian or similar knowledge‑management systems.\n\nExperience building AI voice systems is a plus.\n\nExperience with OpenClaw is a plus.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to remain in a stationary position at a computer workstation constantly throughout the workday.\n\nAbility to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.\n\nAbility to effectively complete job responsibilities on computer monitors.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate and exchange information in person, via phone, and through other electronic means.\n\nAble to traverse an office environment.\n\nAt Autonomous Solutions, Inc.
