The candidate should have extensive experience leading complex government technology initiatives, managing large program budgets, and coordinating technical and data teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale eligibility system projects within Health and Human Services programs.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for complex multi-team initiatives.Coordinate with technical teams, data analysts, and integration partners.Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and related tools.Support data migration and system modernization efforts including data conversion, data modeling, and legacy system transitions.Ensure data quality validation and collaboration with Extract, Transform, and Load teams.Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsMinimum 12 years of experience in Project Management Office project management roles .At least 7 years managing complex enterprise projects , including 2+ years in a leadership role .Experience supporting Health and Human Services eligibility systems within programs such as:Home Energy Assistance ProgramTemporary Assistance for Needy FamiliesMedicaidProven experience with data conversion, data modeling, legacy systems, and data quality validation .Experience collaborating with Extract, Transform, and Load data teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing large program budgets exceeding $100 million .Strong experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, and Visual Basic for Applications scripting for schedule and resource management.Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards .Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Ability to lead discussions with technical teams and data specialists.Current Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.#J-18808-Ljbffr
