Oversee Project Managers and Warehouse organization and cleanliness.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in large project estimation and bidding – attend bid reviews when possibleDevelop project plans and SOP'sRecruit and manage project teamsBuild Project Management team staying within budgetsBuild Field Crews participate in interviews and offer lettersManage customer relationshipMaintain project cost control and report to AZ SVP/CFOAssist other Managers in different branches and offices, by analyzing operations and staff performanceDevelop and implement project management best practicesProvide guidance and support to all staff membersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.Developing and implementing various quality control methodsScheduling training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members. Maintaining yearly training budgetsOversee Warehouse cleanliness and inventory levelsOversee Vehicle FleetOversee Testing Equipment and ToolsEnsuring all operations stay within the allocated budgetProject Manage Contract and ServiceAll other duties assigned by Manager.RequirementsSkills and Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop professional relationships with stakeholders at many levelsStrong time-management and priority-management skillsProject management techniques and practicesVendor and subcontract managementLow-voltage systems design and engineeringProficiency with MS Office or other productivity softwareProficiency with MS Project or other schedule softwareProficiency with ProCore or other management softwareProficiency with Foundation or other financial softwareRequirements:College or technical Certifications in construction-related field5+ years low-voltage project management, large projectsTeam-oriented, flexible attitudeAbility to deal with stress and conflict in a constructive, positive wayPMI PMP and Bicsi RCDD certifications preferredOSHA 30BenefitsHealth - PTO - 401k and more
