promptly addressing any issues or concerns.\r\nEnsure proper table setup, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and floors.\r\nAssist in the preparation and setup of dining areas for peak service times.\r\nCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.\r\nProcess guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.\r\nUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with local health regulations.\r\nCollaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.\r\nStay updated on menu items, daily specials, and any changes to food and beverage offerings.\r\nAttend training sessions and staff meetings as required.\r\nAdhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and responsible serving practices.\r\nProvide assistance to other team members as needed.\r\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\r\nRequirements\r\nRequired Skills/Abilities\r\nKnowledge of food and beverage service procedures.\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.\r\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.\r\nAttention to detail and ability to multitask.\r\nBasic math skills for processing payments accurately.\r\nKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.\r\nMust be able to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.\r\nMust have a valid Food Handlers Certification.\r\nMust have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification.\r\nAbility to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS – Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nMust be at least eighteen years old.\r\nPrevious experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nCapable of standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying trays, and performing tasks that involve bending, stooping, and reaching.\r\nMust be able to lift at least 15
