The intern will work on the design and implementation of best practice outfall discharge points, evaluate and improve stormwater systems, and digitize supporting documentation for compliance.\r\nProject Responsibilities Design and implement best-practice outfall discharge points that are safe and functional for stormwater and NPDES outfall sampling.\r\nEvaluate current stormwater systems and design improvements to minimize water discharge from the site.\r\nOrganize and digitize supporting documentation for onsite compliance activities, identifying gaps and improving record-keeping.\r\nCollaborate with site teams on ongoing projects to evaluate, modify, and design improvements to current best management practices (BMPs).\r\nQualifications Pursuing a degree in Environmental, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.\r\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\r\nProblem-solving and collaboration abilities.\r\nDemonstrated leadership in school clubs, sports teams, or work projects.\r\nAuthorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass a drug screen and background check.\r\nNot eligible for visa sponsorship.\r\nCompensation & Benefits Competitive wages reflective of the role and location.
