You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:\r\nTeam Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.\r\nDesign & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n5+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.\r\nAdvanced English is required.\r\nSuccessful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\r\nStrong experience designing and operating AWS-based cloud infrastructure for production environments.\r\nDeep hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.\r\nProven experience implementing GitOps workflows and managing declarative infrastructure through version control.\r\nStrong knowledge of containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.\r\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable, and secure deployments.\r\nSolid understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM within AWS environments.\r\nExperience implementing auto-scaling, resilience, and high-availability architectures for distributed systems.\r\nStrong background in observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and tracing.\r\nExperience building developer platforms, reusable infrastructure modules, or internal tooling that improve developer productivity.\r\nKnowledge of policy-as-code and security automation using tools such as OPA, Sentinel, or similar frameworks.\r\nExperience implementing compliance and security controls in regulated environments (HIPAA, NIST, or similar).\r\nStrong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, networking, and cloud services.\r\nProven ability to mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and promote platform engineering best practices.\r\nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with application, security, and data teams.\r\nAbility to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.\r\nAbility to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.\r\nForensic attention to detail.\r\nA positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\r\nExperience working on Agile / Scrum teams.\r\nMeaningful experience working on large, complex systems.\r\nAbility to take extreme ownership over your work.
