Committed to excellence, Olen is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while being responsible stewards of the environment and respectful neighbors in the communities we serve.\r\nJob Description\r\nOperator must have the ability to operate a variety of equipment in a safe and efficient manner.\r\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\r\n\r\nResponsible for operating track excavators, back hoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment.\r\nPerform other routine duties as directed by Foreman.\r\n\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n\r\nExperience with operating procedures of multiple types of equipment.\r\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\r\n\r\nMust have basic knowledge of proper operating procedures of multiple types of equipment.\r\nMust be capable of operating the assigned machine and any other related equipment in a safe manner.\r\nMust be able to do a competent inspection of the equipment.\r\nMust be able to apply and retain information provided in crew meetings.\r\nMust be able to understand directions/instructions on methods/process to do work.\r\nMust be able to maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environment.\r\n\r\nBenefits\r\nOlen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, life insurance paid time off and a 401K plan.\r\nOlen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life, and disability insurance.
