This role partners with business, IT, and leadership teams to define automation roadmaps, identify high-value automation opportunities, and ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable RPA implementations. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Advisory Act as a trusted automation advisor to business and IT stakeholders. Define and govern the enterprise automation roadmap using UiPath. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI and feasibility. UiPath Program Governance Establish RPA governance frameworks and best practices. Oversee automation lifecycle from intake to production support. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business leaders to translate processes into automation use cases. Conduct workshops for process discovery and solution design. Delivery Oversight & Enablement Mentor RPA developers and solution architects. Review solution designs for scalability and performance. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA platform. Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and REFramework. Enterprise-scale RPA program management experience. Preferred Skills UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer / Solution Architect). Exposure to Process Mining, AI, OCR, and Document Understanding. Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle). Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
