Client Accountant

The Client Accounting Bookkeeper acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients, and oversees a staff of bookkeepers.Primary ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner, disseminating client information internally as appropriateCoordinate workflow of bookkeeping teamReview and distribute mailOversee daily client activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding mattersReview work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)Cash management by reviewing bank balances and statements and approving transfers as neededDownload and monitor credit card activity for fraud alerts and credit score issues
