{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2fcbab294a885420eddae7bd","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2fcbab294a885420eddae7bd","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2fcbab294a885420eddae7bd","title":"Program Outcomes Coordinator","description":"POSITION TITLE: Program & Outcomes Coordinator\n\nDEPARTMENT: Operations\n\nREPORTS TO: Club Director\n\nSALARY/FLSA STATUS: Exempt, Full-Time\n\nORGANIZATION MISSION:\n\nWe prepare youth and young adults to be ready for college, career, and life.\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\n\nWith the supervision of the Club Director, the Program & Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of a broad range of Club programs that focus on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health & well-being, life skill & leadership, and workforce readiness.\n\nCOMPETENCIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nLeadership\n\nModel the mission, vision, ICARE values, objectives, policies, programs, and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay; and the principles and practices of non-profit organizations.\nPlan and supervise age-appropriate Club programs and activities that support youth development outcomes and align with organizational goals.\nParticipates in ongoing training and professional development activities to strengthen job-related knowledge, skills, and competencies.\n\nStaff Development and Supervision\n\nEnsures that Club staff understand and effectively communicate standards of programming.\nAssist Club Director to supervise, coach, and train Club staff.\n\nProgram Planning and Management\n\nCreates and executes program schedule that aligns with BGCGTB standards. Ensures the programs are age-appropriate, engaging, and encourages and promotes youth voice and leadership.\nOversee proper record keeping and reporting including activities and events conducted and breakdowns of daily participation numbers, notable achievements, and any problems/issues.\nAssist Club Director with oversight of the daily food program to include but not limited to receiving, temperature documentation, meal distribution, and clean-up.\nMay oversee special programs and/or events and/or participate in the implementation of other Club activities as necessary.\nData entry and updates to information contained within the membership tracking system, My ClubHub and member file management which includes gathering necessary documents and authorization forms.\n\nSafe and Positive Environment\n\nEnsures a clean, healthy, safe, and positive environment where youth feel safe and accepted.\nEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.\nResponds to incidents promptly and appropriately and models and reinforces positive behavior management practices.\n\nCommunity Collaboration\n\nBuilds and maintains strong relationships with Club families, schools, volunteers, and community partners.\nRepresents the Club within the community with professionalism and pride.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred.\nA minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is preferred.\nSuccessfully complete organization sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.\nMust have intermediate computer knowledge and skills. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred\nMust obtain Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.\nMust complete required DCF trainings in allotted time.\nAdditional training may be required for continuing education and professional development.\n\nTRAVEL:\n\nTravel may be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas Counties for training and professional development or other business purposes.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
