This internship is ideal for a student who is passionate about storytelling, visual media, and digital engagement.\n\nThe intern will support content creation efforts across multiple platforms, helping bring Fortera's brand, technology, and culture to life through compelling visuals and social media content.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nCapture and produce high-quality photo and video content featuring team members, projects, events, and company initiatives\n\nAssist with short-form and long-form content creation for social media and digital platforms\n\nSupport social media management, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement\n\nCollaborate with the Marketing & Creative team on content campaigns and brand initiatives\n\nHelp maintain organized digital asset libraries (photos, videos, graphics)\n\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas\n\nEnsure all content aligns with Fortera's brand voice and visual identity\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\n3+ years of study in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field by the start of the internship\n\nPreferred: Students entering their final year of study (rising seniors or equivalent), as the role involves advanced technical scope and requires prior foundational engineering coursework\n\nStrong interest in content creation and digital storytelling\n\nExperience with photography and/or videography (academic, personal, or professional)\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)\n\nBasic knowledge of content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)\n\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines\n\nBasic video editing skills\n\nUnderstanding of social media trends and analytics\n\nCreative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling\n\nPortfolio required (please include link in resume or application; applications without a portfolio will not be considered)\n\nCOMPENSATION\nThe hourly range for this job is $25.00 - $30.00, commensurate with experience.\n\nFortera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
