Assists with the processing of PCP notifications, medical record requests, and refill requests.\nSupports the Morning Meeting and weekly Integrated Care Meeting protocols through management of the meeting logs and daily assignment schedules.\nManages the team referral status roster, including collection of baseline data.\nCoordinates and monitors scheduling for the assigned team. Responsible for maintaining Prior\nAuthorizations for services and assists medical staff with medication Prior Authorizations.\nActs as a liaison between team and consumer (greets, receives, and escorts consumer to appointment when needed).\nQualifications\nMust be a minimum of 21 years of age.\nMinimum HS diploma/GED and two (2) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.\nMust have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire.\nTB Test clearance required at the time of hire and annually.\nMust have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements.\n\nCopa Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
