Store Manager — Suzie Kondi, Amagansett

Suzie Kondi is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our Amagansett retail location. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about luxury fashion, client experience, and team leadership. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations while ensuring the brand’s standards of service, presentation, and community engagement are upheld at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional and consistent client experience aligned with the Suzie Kondi brand ethosAct as a brand ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with clients and the local communityManage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed store goalsMaintain the visual identity of the store in accordance with brand guidelines, including merchandising, replenishment, and overall presentationOversee inventory management, stock organization, and loss preventionExecute opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS oversightMonitor store performance and work collaboratively with leadership to achieve sales objectivesEnsure a highly organized, detail-oriented, and welcoming store environment at all timesSupport hiring, scheduling, and staff developmentQualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashionPrevious management experience requiredProven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build lasting client relationshipsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environmentStrong attention to detail and visual presentationComfortable with POS systems, inventory tools, and basic computer programsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysInterest in fashion, design, and lifestyle-driven brands preferredPosition DetailsFull-time, in-store positionLocation: Amagansett, New YorkOpportunity to grow within a small, design-driven brand environment
