While our office is part of a fast-paced environment with top-quality expectations, it is also full of fun, excitement, and light-hearted banter.\n\nPosition Summary\nUnder the direct supervision of the Assistant Executive Director of Marketing & Communications, the Design Coordinator role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the department, coordinating closely with the Project Manager, supporting Graphic Designers, and managing administrative tasks. The Design Coordinator is expected to be well-versed in department protocols, policies, and guidelines, as well as be knowledgeable about graphic design, web design, brand strategy and campaign plans. This position requires a graduate student or a professional applicant, providing a vital link between team members and leadership.
