This role partners closely with senior executives and business, product, engineering, operations, marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution.\n\nThe ideal candidate is an individual contributor and people manager who combines strong program leadership and executive communication skills with a solid understanding of digital products, e-commerce, media ecosystems, data, and customer experiences. This position must often influence without authority across different reporting lines making strong communication and strategic conviction a necessity along with finding the balance between thoughtfulness and an “ask for forgiveness not permission” mindset.\n\nThis position will be on-site at our Los Angeles, CA office.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead high-priority, enterprise-wide programs aligned with strategic business objectives and executive priorities.\n\nPartner with C-suite executives and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.\n\nOptimize program governance, operating rhythms, executive reporting, KPIs, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Events and external partners.\n\nDevelop executive-level presentations, board level strategies, business reviews, dashboards, and strategic updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.\n\nWork closely with engineering and technology leaders to understand technical dependencies, architecture considerations, integrations, APIs, data flows, platforms, and delivery constraints and own the strategic upward communication of these decisions to the executive team.\n\nDrive alignment between business objectives and technology execution without requiring hands-on engineering expertise.\n\nLead transformation and modernization initiatives involving e-commerce platforms, digital experiences, media/content platforms, data and analytics, personalization, CRM, advertising technology, and emerging technologies including AI.\n\nAnticipate risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively escalate issues requiring executive decisions.\n\nEstablish success metrics and use data to measure program performance, business outcomes, customer impact, and ROI.\n\nOwn and drive the communication layer between cross-functional tactical teams and the C-Suite separating the signals from the noise to keep all teams driving toward the same mission of maximizing business impact.\n\nDrive accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams and departments.\n\nWho You Are\n\n10+ years of program management, strategic operations, product operations, or related experience.\n\nSignificant experience in e-commerce, digital media, technology, or consumer-facing digital businesses.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.\n\nStrong understanding of digital commerce and media ecosystems, including customer journeys, digital platforms, content, monetization, marketplaces, advertising, and/or subscription businesses.\n\nStrong technology fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Data, and Architecture teams.\n\nExceptional executive communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n\nProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, highly matrixed organizations.\n\nExperience developing strategic roadmaps, program plans, operating models, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.\n\nMust be willing to be in-office 5 days a week in our LA office location.\n\nCore Competencies: Executive Leadership & Communication, Strategic Program Management, E-Commerce & Digital Transformation, Media & Digital Platforms, Technology & Product Fluency, Cross-Functional Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Data-Driven, Decision Making, Business Transformation, Roadmap & Portfolio Management, Operational Excellence\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with senior executives or directly supporting C-suite strategic initiatives.\n\nExperience in large-scale digital transformation, platform modernization, or technology-enabled business transformation.\n\nExperience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, retail technology, digital advertising, streaming/media, subscriptions, or content businesses.\n\nExperience with 0 to 1 Product Launches.\n\nWhat We Offer\nBest in class health, dental, and vision insurance\nHealthcare FSA\nDependent Care FSA\nCommuter Benefits FSA\nShort-term/long-term disability and life insurance\nPaid Parental leave\n401k with 4% match\nPet Insurance\nLegal and Identity Theft Plans\nFlexible PTO\nThe Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed.
