You'll help shape benefits programs that support employees while driving business objectives, all within a growing organization committed to investing in its people.\n\nBenefits Manager Responsibilities:\n- Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programs\n- Manage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings\n- Serve as the key liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors\n- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations\n- Develop employee communication and education programs\n- Lead wellness and well-being initiatives\n- Analyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvement\n- Manage benefits enrollment processes and employee support\n\nRequirements for Benefits Manager:\n- 3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans required\n- Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements\n- Vendor management and negotiation experience\n- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills\n- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency\n- Bachelor's degree preferred\n- SHRM or CEBS certification preferred\n\nIND345\n\nAccelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
